Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Since many of our pieces are made to order to ensure quality, production time may add an additional 2-3 days before dispatch.

What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
